One Seven One Cabernet is the absolutely pinnacle of our range and uses only the finest Cabernet grapes from our own vineyard on the famed Terra Rossa strip. A classic Coonawarra Cabernet with pure intense fruit flavours and an elegant yet powerful structure. The palate displays pure dark berry fruits of cassis, blueberry and a hint of sage. The perfect combinations of well established old vines with the elegance of top quality French oak has produced a wine with fine velvety tannins and a lovely long finish.
