Winemaker Notes Components are treated with different yeasts, a mixture of new and older French oak of varying toasts and grains, and alternate maturation techniques. The wine has spent 12 months on lees and it exhibits typical stonefruit and tropical notes with a mouth-filling texture. it will benefit from careful cellaring over the next 6 - 8 years.
