Red Wine

There's plenty to love about this Redman Shiraz. Made from some of the finest grapes from the Coonawarra region, this versatile red is deep in flavour and matures beautifully when left in the cellar to develop.

This vintage 2016 red wine is a 48% Grenache, 47% Shiraz and 5% Mourvedre (or Mataro) blend harvested from McLaren Vale. It is a wonderful combination of the different varieties: enjoy red fruit aromas and musk from Grenache, Mourvedre’s minerality and gamey notes on the palate, and structure and length of the palate provided by Shiraz. Experiencing all these wonderful characteristics makes it a fun wine that will immediately satisfy your senses. This exquisite red blend pairs beautifully with mature hard cheeses, spicy cuisine, beef and lamb. It can be enjoyed now, but additional cellaring until 2022 will also be a rewarding option.

Pink coral in colour. Aromas of seaspray, iced tea and cherry blossom, followed by strawberry and pomegranate as the wine opens up. The palate is briny and textural with cherry and pomegranate flavours.
