Red Wine

Classic cassis and blackberry fruit with garden herb, pencil pine and gravel mineral nuance. The palate is medium to full in weight, claret like with its grippy but integrated tannins that is driving a long finish. Excellent in its youth it will also reward with short term cellaring.

Brick red with a purple hue. The wine has aromas of cherry, raspberry, vanilla and subtle herb. A medium bodies palate of lifted berry flavours, subtle spices and terrific drive through supple tannins and fine acidity.

This pinot noir from Take it to the Grave is rich with cherry a red berry fruit flavour. It has a beautiful mouth feel, balanced with fine tannins. A well structured red with nice length.
