Medium depth crimson with purple hues. Lifted, fresh and bright fruit leaps out of the glass with dark cherries, Satsuma plum and blueberries dominating the aroma with subtle hints of chocolate and white pepper. The bright and juicy fruit coats the palate and is well balanced.

This wine is a blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache Noir. Glossy cherry red in colour, the nose abounds in aromas of strawberry and raspberry. A tasty and velvety mouthfeel precedes some liquorice on the finish.

To create the ultimate wine out of these three varieties each component was individually tasted and blended. The result is a generous spicy style red wine with luscious red berry flavours, hints of chocolate, anise and toasty oak from barrel maturation.

A wine typical of the Morris Durif style, rich generous flavours and tannin structure with great persistence of flavour. This wine is enjoyable young and with the fruit concentration shows all the hallmarks to reward short to medium term cellaring.

Rich dark red in colour with a dark purple rim. NOSE This wine is dark red in colour with aromas of violets, fresh berries, mocha and liquorice and hints of oak.

This vintage 2016 red wine is a 48% Grenache, 47% Shiraz and 5% Mourvedre (or Mataro) blend harvested from McLaren Vale. It is a wonderful combination of the different varieties: enjoy red fruit aromas and musk from Grenache, Mourvedre’s minerality and gamey notes on the palate, and structure and length of the palate provided by Shiraz. Experiencing all these wonderful characteristics makes it a fun wine that will immediately satisfy your senses. This exquisite red blend pairs beautifully with mature hard cheeses, spicy cuisine, beef and lamb. It can be enjoyed now, but additional cellaring until 2022 will also be a rewarding option.

A deep garnet in colour, the Running with Bulls Tempranillo 2011 has a complex nose full of truffles, black cherry, lilac, wood smoke and white pepper spice. It has an alluring palate of red currants, dark chocolate and rhubarb with rustic Tempranillo tannins. Perfect with tapas or tea smoked duck.

The stunning vintage has produced a wine with beautiful balance delivering bright red berries, black olive, chocolate-covered cherry and cedar. The combination of the four varieties melds velvety tannins to complete a wine of elegance and seduction. Fleshy and forward, the acidity is mouthwatering suggesting the wine will only get better over the next decade.

Rhubarb, spice and savoury dry tannins create texture of medium weight and a lingering.

This wine displays savoury spice and dark cherry which flows on the palate, complemented with medium tannin finish. This wine was made to be enjoyed with antipasto, pizza, pasta and game.
